Stonehenge public library obtains quarterly book exchanges from the rural library services of the Queensland State Library. Specific information or material can be requested through these libraries providing an excellent service to the local communities and tourists.
Located within the Stonehenge Community Centre, the library offers a wide range of material from Junior Fiction through to Adult Large Print Fiction, Non-Fiction, Reference, Paper backs and Magazines. For those who enjoy listening to a book whilst driving or doing the housework, gardening etc., there's a great selection of audio tapes for all ages. Music CDs and DVD's for the toddlers through to adults is also available.
Access the internet free (time limits apply), or make use of the computers for study, community involvement or personal use. All computers are equipped with scanners, DVD and printers.
For those living on rural properties wishing to access the library services; this can also be arranged.
